By accessing or using One Click Feedback ("the Service"), operated by One Click Feedback ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

One Click Feedback provides an in-email survey tool that allows you to embed one-click feedback surveys in your emails, newsletters, and support tickets. The Service includes analytics, integrations, and related features.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service.

4. Subscription & Billing

The Service offers free and paid plans. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and your access will continue until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Send surveys containing spam, phishing, or abusive content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without written permission
  • Exceed fair usage limits designed to protect system performance

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, its original content, features, and functionality are owned by One Click Feedback and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

7. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of all data you submit through the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, One Click Feedback shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on the Service. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
